FINANCIAL SUPPORT & BENEFITS

If you need to access a package of care to help support you at home you may already be in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) if under the pensionable age or AA (Attendance Allowance) if above the pensionable age.

These offer varying amounts depending on the degree of support you need. Both PIP and Attendance are not means tested.

Age UK

Age UK is the country’s largest charity dedicated to helping everyone make the most of later life. They believe in a world where everyone can love later life and they work every day to achieve this.

Macmillan

Macmillan Cancer Support offer a free confidential support line to people living with cancer and their loved ones. If you need to talk, they will listen.
