NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of LAWRENCE HOME NURSING TEAM LIMITED 
to be held on Tuesday 12th July 2022, 7.30pm: Chipping Norton Town Hall.
  1. Welcome by the Chairman – Tony Yarrow.
  2. Apologies for absence.
  3. To approve the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on the 22nd June 2021.
  4. Matters arising.
  5. Pursuant to Article 33 of LHNT’s Articles of Association for the Charity, to note the retirement as Directors by rotation: a. Emma Hallam-Evans, b. Anna Jo Mathers
  6. Pursuant to Article 34 of LHNT’s Articles of Association for the Charity, to re-elect as Directors: a. Emma Hallam-Evans, b. Anna Jo Mathers
  7. Pursuant to Article 37 of LHNT’s Articles of Association for the Charity, to note the retirement as a Director of Richard Greaves.
  8. Pursuant to Article 34 of LHNT’s Articles of Association for the Charity, to re-elect Richard Greaves as a Director.
  9. To receive the Chairman’s Report.
  10. To receive and adopt the independently reviewed accounts for 1st April 2021 – 31st March 2022 – Alan Mathers, Treasurer.
  11.  To consider and adopt the 2022/2023 Budget – Alan Mathers, Treasurer.
  12. To nominate and approve an Independent Reviewer of the Accounts for 2022/2023 – Alan Mathers, Treasurer.
  13. To receive a verbal report from Jenny Nolan, Registered Manager.
  14. To receive a verbal report from Verity Fifer, Head of Fundraising.
  15. To note the retirement of Tony Yarrow as Chairman and as a Director.
  16. Date of next AGM.
