Jemma Powell Art – Commissions in 2021
Oxfordshire artist and ambassador of the Lawrence Home Nursing Team, Jemma Powell, is delighted to paint your commissions in 2021.
Jemma draws her inspiration from nature and the places she travels to, working ‘plein air’ in watercolour, charcoal, pencil and oil pastel, bringing it home to develop later in oil on board.
