Jo Smith and friends Cerina, Philippa, Zoe and Gemma are walking the Thames Bridges Trek on the 10th of September 2022 to raise funds for the Lawrence Home Nursing Team.

Jo is fundraising for the Lawrence Home Nursing Team who cared for her mum at the end of her life as she died in April 2021.

The walk of 25 km takes in the 16 bridges of London. 

Your support will help more people to stay close to their loved ones at the end of their life.
